I went to the store today to buy my daughter a wallet, as soon as we got to the store no one came up to help so we went up to the worker (Giana Deleone) she was not welcoming at all, when my daughter showed her which one she wanted she told us it was not in store and we could order it online, but didn't offer us no other options of wallets physically in store. Then I asked to see some wallets, she had bad attitude and was rude and all she did was show me in her phone, if I wanted to see them through a screen I could've done it at home. She ended up only showing me 2 examples and that's it. Obviously I didn't purchase anything. It was just a bad experience with a "salesperson". And if they give an attitude no one is going to want to buy something.

The reason I'm contacting you today is to formally file a complaint for a recent and unpleasant experience I had at one of your stores located in Boca Raton, Florida. Backdating to December 16th, 2023, I had placed an order for a pair of shoes (Lock it Flat Mule) you had available online but did not carry in-store at the time of with a representative that works in the store 3067 due to the fact that I was planning on using them for an upcoming trip I had scheduled. Due to timing reasons, I wanted confirmation that the shoes would arrive on time for me to take them with me by the time my trip came up, so I decided to call one of your customer service representatives to get a formal answer pertaining to that concern. Reason why I had concerns with the delivery was because prior to placing the order, I wanted reassurance with the delivery date and have the shoes arrive on or by the 26th of December. The associate at the time, stated that it should take anywhere from 3-5 business days from the 16th. If I had known that it would take any longer than that, I wouldn't have ordered the shoes in the first place due to timing. When I placed the online order in-store and called customer service, they explicitly stated that I should be receiving the shoes no later than the 26th. However, when I checked my package tracking number in the UPS site, it stated that the shoes haven’t even left the warehouse in Puerto Rico and was not going to be arriving by the 26th. Given the timing of it all, I decided to go back to the store I had placed the order at and cancel the order and get full reimbursement for it. Upon arrival at the store 3067, I spoke with one of your associates, who spoke to another lady stating that she was the manager. Without even looking at my order, the manager jumped into conclusions and automatically said no, that she CAN'T do anything about my order. The same associate told me that I should go to another store, get my shoes over at the other place, and simultaneously they'd be able to process my refund, reiterating that they could not do anything to help me. I went to the other store located in Saks Fifth Avenue in Boca Raton, and upon arrival I spoke with an associate who bumped up my situation to a manager at the store, who later came to speak to me about it. She explained to me that the company policy in situations like such is to give me credit in order for me to repurchase my shoes without having to order a second pair without a first reimbursement. I went back to store 3067 and spoke to the associate who advised me to do that, she called a supposed manager who called the actual store manager and both came up to me with an attitude stating that it wasn't their fault, there was nothing they can do, cannot give me store credit, and cannot do anything pertaining to my order and they don't have a manager in the store located in Puerto Rice to be called and ask about the status of my order. Then, your representative Nicholas Arias – DC16, was not very cordial and didn't assist me with the reimbursement, stating that the shoes had to arrive to the store first in order for me to THEN start this process. I find it disappointing to see how a reputable company like yours can't fulfill an order, and not even assist with a reimbursement of something I haven't even received. I would like to know what viable solutions and actions can be taken in order for this situation to be addressed in its entirety and ultimately get my money back, especially after the embarrassment and disrespect I and a friend underwent on the 24th of December, which was when I went to start the return process. Not only did we feel disappointed, but we felt that your employees were deceptive and racist towards me and my friend. I am very disappointed on how I was treated at the store location in Boca Raton Florida. I have enter that store many times and never had that kind of treatment how I was treated recently! I will no longer shop with the brand because of how I was treated recently!

Visited there for the first time with my husband. I own many LV bags and this is the first time I was treated so badly by a sales associate. I have only ever shopped in London stores, where I am from. I’m not a fan of the classic monogram and was looking for a plain black leather cardholder. The sales associate told me to go and buy one on Amazon instead as no one will know it’s LV anyway… awful, shocking and just really bizarre. I did not get her name, but she had very thick black eye shadow, was older and with long dark hair. I would avoid this store. EDIT: Go to the LV store inside Saks at the Boca mall instead, we went the day after. Although it is smaller, the sales associates were all lovely and welcoming! I was able to find my perfect card holder.
